TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Survey respondents may enter once only at the end of their completed online survey.

2. The competition promoter is TZU CONSULTING GROUP PTY LTD ABN 28 679 048 045, trading as Tzu & Co. Tzu & Co is an independent research company commissioned by Peoplecare Health Insurance to complete this research.

3. Competition commences 12:01 AM 16th April 2025 and closes 11.59pm AEST on Sunday 4th May 2025.

4. Respondents must be over 18 years and residing permanently in Australia.

5. Peoplecare employees and Directors are excluded from entering the prize draw.

6. Only valid survey responses will be eligible for entry into the random prize draw. For each survey, respondents must complete all required fields for their entry to be valid and opt in to the random prize draw at the end of the survey.

7. There will be 11 prize winners. The total prize value is $2,000 comprising a major prize of $1000 and 10 minor prizes of $100 GiftPay online gift cards. The winners will be drawn at 11:00 AM 9th May 2025 via an independent online drawing system: randomdraws.com.au™ (TPAL Electronic Draw System) which is government certified and meets the legislative requirements across all Australian states and territories.

9. The winners will be notified by email 12th May 2025. First name, surname initial and state will also be published on the Tzu & Co website (https://tzuand.co/peoplecare-survey/) at least until the 1st July 2025.

10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and the Promoter excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. The prize and/or any element of the prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied by the winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use their prize and/or any element of the prize as stated.

11. Unclaimed prize: If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days following contact from Tzu and Co, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. Where the prize is unclaimed, another winner will be randomly redrawn at 11am AEDT on 16 June 2025. The winner of the prize at the redraw will be notified by Tzu and Co via email within 2 days of the redraw.
